Welcome to The Possibility Pattern
Hi, I’m Kiran!
My mission with this newsletter is to prompt, provoke and persuade you into taking more action towards your dreams. Towards the kind of work and life you crave.
Big change happens through the build up of lots of tiny transformations, and that’s what my intention is for you to walk away with at the end of every single email.
A tiny transformation.
Sometimes all it takes is that slight change of perspective, new idea, or reminder to inspire you to take that next small step.
Every Friday-ish you’ll receive your weekly nudge from me in the direction of your dreams to help you unlock your career’s full potential. Each email also includes journal prompts from me to help you reflect and apply the insight to your life right now. I also promise there will always be at least one gif.
About The Possibility Pattern
As an integrative change coach, I noticed that many of my clients, as well as my friends and family would go through a similar pattern of steps when they were working their way through a big transition. My work focuses on helping people with their careers and sense of purpose, so that’s where I noticed it first, but now I can see how it applies to all kinds of transitions!
It’s also the transformation journey I’ve gone through multiple times as I navigated multiple career changes from working in the nonprofit world, to becoming an entrepreneur, working at an investment fund and most recently as a leader at Meta, one of the world’s biggest tech companies. And now - coaching people back into alignment with their true purpose.
I call it The Possibility Pattern, because moving through each stage of your transformation journey means expanding into an even greater sense of possibility.
Dissatisfied: “I feel flat and my mood sucks”
Lost: “I don’t know what my options are”
Conflicted: “I don’t know which option to choose”
Intimidated: “I don’t think I’m good enough to have what I want”
Courageous: “I’m taking aligned action and I can’t wait to see how it turns out”
Transitioned: “I’ve made the leap and am ramping up!”
Grounded: “I’m levelling up and refining my vision”
Embodied: “I’m so grateful this is who I am now, and I’m enjoying continuing to evolve”
This framework underpins all the work I’ve done with hundreds of people, and is the philosophy underneath the themes of how I work with clients, these newsletters and my upcoming podcast.
Each newsletter is a reflection on the stories and experiences from my sessions with clients, or from my own life, that are relatable beyond the moment to anyone navigating something similar.
